        Our site is designed to only sell cookbooks for

              charitable purposes.  We are non-profit and are

                only interested in one-time sales with customers.  

                We have no interest in customer data.  But to be

                clear, we still respect our customers and therefore

                provide the following policy:

• Customer personal information such as names, addresses, mobile and land-line phone numbers, and email addresses will not be stored or utilized in any way.

• Customer financial formats used such as Zelle origin payments, or personal check data will not be stored or shared with third parties.

• We will not collect usage information such as internet service providers, types of web browsers or operating systems, IP addresses, viewed pages, duration of site visits, and crash logs.

Introduction:

Plate-O-Pair™ Cookbooks is a non-profit charitable company with its sole purpose to provide funds for groups in need.  Users of our website must read our terms and conditions agreement in order to access it.  These terms and conditions apply to the website located at https://www.plateopair.com.  The site is the property of Plate-O-Pair™  Cookbooks, Inc.  BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

The Right To Make Changes:

Plate-O-Pair™ reserves the right , at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.  As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Plate-O-Pair™ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Governing and Applicable Laws:

These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, United States of America, without regard to Indiana’s choice or conflicts of law principles.  Further, you and Plate-O-Pair™ agree to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Southern Indiana, Indiana, to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with these Terms.

Disputes and Indemnification:

If someone were to distribute the Plate-O-Pair™ or its cookbooks, it would get handled by the proper courts or arbitration.  Plate-O-Pair™ has the right to and will use appropriate legal counsel.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

Disclaimer and Warranty:

The Plate-O-Pair™ Cookbooks, Inc. website is available on an “as-is and as-available basis” and that users use it at their own risk.  We are not responsible for any damage that our product or website may potentially cause a user.

Prohibited Activities:

Users cannot remove or change any Plate-O-Pair™ trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property notice.  Users cannot use the website for illegal activities or post pornographic, offensive, obscene, discriminatory content or advocate violence.

Limitation of Liability:

Plate-O-Pair™ Cookbooks, Inc. restricts liability for the following:  lack of enjoyment since it’s subjective and prone to change; damage caused by viruses, spyware, or software damage; damage caused by third parties; modifications and interruptions; and error and inaccuracies.  It also reminds users from certain jurisdictions that these limitations of liability may not apply to them, and they may have additional rights.

Payment Terms:

Domestic customers have three options for payment:

• Send payment via Zelle to 708-558-3267 (Zelle must be available through your bank). Via email, send your mailing address to one of the below Owners.

Volume IV – Veteran Vittles cost is $22.00 (USD) + $6.00 (USD) [S & H] –

Total = $28.00 (USD).

  Offer expires December 31, 2023 or until inventory depletes.

              Use the form printed on the website for mail-in orders.

Upon receipt of payment, Plate-O-Pair™ will ship your cookbook(s) to your mailing address within two weeks depending on site-wide volume of sales, but no later than 4 weeks.

Refund Policy – Since these Plate-O-Pair™  cookbook sales are for charitable donations, it’s not customary to grant refunds.  However, if a customer is unhappy with their purchase, we will honor their request if we’re informed within 30 days.
